The organization I was working for requested a self-paced elearning tutorial to orient facilitators to the new e-books format of their facilitator guides. I created the course in Adobe Captivate, which up to that point, I had never used. I spent time viewing online tutorials to learn how to create the course in Captivate. Looking back, I would make different choices about the design, but that is part of the fun of continuous learning -- seeing progress and growth in your work.
